The terms below govern quotations, sample orders and bulk (container) orders placed through chucibath.com or by email and Messenger.
1. Scope
These terms govern quotations, sample orders and bulk (container) orders placed through chucibath.com or by email/Messenger with Chaozhou Chuci Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd.（潮州市楚瓷卫浴有限公司） ("we", "us").
2. Quotations
Prices are quoted per requirement (model, finish, quantity, packaging, Incoterms). List prices shown on the Site are indicative references, not offers. A quotation is valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Currency conversion is indicative and based on the exchange rate on the quotation date.
3. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when we confirm the proforma invoice in writing and receive the agreed deposit. Unless otherwise agreed: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. Payment methods and bank details are stated on the proforma invoice only.
4. Specifications and tolerances
Ceramic products are produced within normal industry tolerances for dimensions, shade and glaze. Samples approved by the buyer define the reference standard for bulk production.
5. Delivery and risk
Lead time starts from deposit receipt and artwork/spec confirmation. Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW) are stated in the quotation. Risk passes as defined by the agreed Incoterm.
6. Inspection and claims
Buyers may inspect before shipment or appoint a third-party inspection. Quality claims must be raised within 15 days of container arrival with photos and packing references.
7. Intellectual property
OEM/ODM designs, moulds and artwork supplied by the buyer remain the buyer's property. Our brand, photographs and catalogue content may not be reused without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are referred to the competent court at our registered place of business, unless agreed otherwise.
